Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want buying Adrian to feel as safe as using it. This policy covers paid Adrian subscriptions (Pro, Max and Ultra), billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Adrian isn't right for you, email info@adrianlabs.io within 14 days of your first purchase of a subscription and we will refund it in full — no interrogation, no hoops. This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each plan, not to renewals.

2. Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the link in your Paddle receipt.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. Usage credits

Paid plans include a monthly usage allowance for hosted models. Allowance you have already consumed is non-refundable — refunds (including the 14-day guarantee) apply to the subscription charge, not to usage that has already been delivered.

4. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has begun. If you forgot to cancel and have not meaningfully used your allowance in the new period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will work something out — we would rather refund than have you feel trapped.

5. Faults on our side

If a defect in the Service prevented you from using what you paid for, tell us. Where we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected period pro-rata.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (for example, EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights for digital purchases). Where those rights are broader than this policy, they win.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
